Maxines:

Maxine’s function suite is a unique venue, named for the memory of Charles, William, Dan and Maxine MacDonald and their descendants who have owned and occupied Fossil Downs since 1886.

Maxine’s Conference Room has become well know as the ideal venue to hold corporate meetings, launches, training courses as well as private functions. We can cater for up to 100 people comfortably and can provide a number of conference packages including catering, accommodation at Corporate rates (*conditions apply) and most Audio/Video equipment required to host your event. In addition to this we are in the business of tailoring our facilities to your individual business requirements.  It is located in the main building with full access to toilets, bar, restaurant.

Boab2 Function Room:

A new smaller sized function room located in our new Boab2 complex. Suitable for more intimate meetings, events. dinners., this room seats up to 60 pax.  We can provide all catering from the Kitchen/Restaurant located in the complex.  Starlink WIFI is included in the room hire along with full Audio and Video equipment.
