Maxine’s function suite is a unique venue, named for the memory of Charles, William, Dan and Maxine MacDonald and their descendants who have owned and occupied Fossil Downs since 1886.

Maxine’s Conference Room has become well know as the ideal venue to hold corporate meetings, launches, training courses as well as private functions. We can cater for up to 100 people comfortably and can provide a number of conference packages at corporate rates, catering, accommodation and providing all the tools you need to host your event. In addition to this we are in the business of tailoring our facilities to your individual business requirements.
